He holds an engineering degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (Universidad Católica Argentina). He also completed a postgraduate program in 1977 at North Carolina State University in the United States. He has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2011. From 1980 to 1984, he was a shareholder and director of Ingeniería de Avanzada S.A., a company engaged in the installation of plumbing and gas systems for residential developments. From 1984 to 1989, he served as General Manager of Dufalp S.A., a leading company in the apparel sector ("Dufour" was its primary brand). From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Reca held the positions of Commercial, Operations, and Planning Director at Alpargatas S.A., a leading company in the apparel and footwear sector. Subsequently, he developed an agricultural project focused on the production of cereals and oilseeds. He also served as Vice President of HPDA between 2012 and 2015, and as a director of Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A., Edesur S.A., and PB Distribución S.A. Furthermore, he currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for DGCE, DGCU, IGCE, and Energía Sudamericana S.A. He also serves as a director of Coyserv S.A.

He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina in 1973. Regarding his professional experience, he worked as a commercial manager at Banco Francés del Río de la Plata and as a financial manager for the holding company Bridas S.A. Additionally, he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Citibank, CEO of Citicorp Equity Investment, Vice Chairman of the Board at Telefónica Argentina, and a director at Coinvest SA.

He earned a degree in business and accounting from the Catholic University of Buenos Aires. He currently works in the financial sector, focusing on the development of commercial branches, consumer credit, institutional relations, and human resources development.

Holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina. Worked in family businesses involved in grain storage. Since 1997, has worked independently as a consultant for agricultural producers, specializing in grain marketing.

He holds a degree in Agricultural Production Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) and a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University. In 2018, he also earned a teaching certification for secondary and university-level education from Austral University. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Elizalde served as General Manager of Call Center S.A., a value-added telecommunications services company under Citicorp Equity Investments (CEI). Between 1982 and 2010, he worked as a manager and agricultural advisor for Sociedad Lanz, focusing on agribusiness management in the provinces of Buenos Aires and La Pampa. Additionally, from 2000 to 2007, he served as Executive Director of Telinver S.A., a company within the Telefónica Group. Following the merger by absorption of Telinver S.A. in 2008, he held the roles of Executive Director and Property Manager for the company’s operations in Chile, Peru, and Argentina until 2015. From July 2007 to September 2015, he served as a Director of Central Puerto S.A., where he was also a member of the Audit Committee, serving as its Chair during 2012 and 2013. In 2017 and 2018, he served as an Alternate Director for both Central Puerto S.A. and Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana. Since 2019, he has taught a course on the History of Economic Thought at the Faculty of Business Sciences of Austral University. As of May 2022, he serves as an Independent Director of Central Puerto S.A.

He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires. He has served as an alternate director on our Board of Directors since 2007 and is currently a senior partner at Gosio, Medina & Asociados, a firm that provides auditing, accounting, and tax services. Since 2008, he has also served as president and partner of Agropecuaria Huen Loo S.A., a company engaged in the agricultural business. Additionally, since 2014, he has been the president of the Instituto de Hermanos Cristianos, an organization focused on education (which operates the Colegio Cardenal Newman). Mr. Gosio also serves as a director of the Argentine Corriedale Breeders Association. Finally, it is worth noting that he acts as a statutory auditor (*síndico*) for several companies within the agricultural sector.

He is a technician in agricultural production. He worked in the agricultural supplies sales sector and as a representative for the brokerage firms Alzaga Unzue, Liebana, and Ricardo Lanusse.

He holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (Universidad Católica Argentina) and a postgraduate degree in the Economic Regulation of Public Services from Austral University. Since 2015, he has served as General Counsel, Head of the Legal Department, and an alternate member of our Board of Directors. From 1997 to 2002, he worked as an attorney for the Secretariat of Energy and Emprendimientos Binacionales S.A. (EBISA), and from 2003 to 2014, he was with the law firm Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi. Between 2007 and 2008, he worked for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York. He currently serves as an alternate director for Distrilec Inversora S.A., CP Renovables S.A., CP Achiras S.A.U., CPR Energy Solutions S.A.U., CP La Castellana S.A.U., CP Patagones S.A.U., Vientos La Genoveva S.A.U., Vientos La Genoveva II S.A.U., CP Manques S.A.U., and CP Los Olivos S.A.U.

He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the National University of Salta and earned an MBA from the University of CEMA in 2001. He has over 20 years of experience in the power generation sector. He served as General Manager of Central Vuelta de Obligado S.A., where he oversaw the completion of the project and the resolution of a commercial dispute; he currently remains with the company as its President. Previously, Mr. Katz worked at Central Puerto as Planning and Investments Manager and Head of Internal Investment Planning. Beginning in September 1997, he served as a Senior Latin American Market Analyst at CMS Energy, a U.S. company with assets in Argentina and across Latin America. He has also served as a Director for the FONINVEMEN projects since their completion.

He holds a degree in Accounting, earned *magna cum laude* from the University of Buenos Aires. He has served as a statutory auditor (*síndico*) on our Oversight Committee since 2013. He has been a partner at the accounting firm Halladjian y Asociados since 2010. He serves as a statutory auditor for the following companies: Proener S.A.U., CVOSA, TJSM, Empresa Distribuidora Sur Sociedad Anónima (EDESUR S.A.), CP Renovables, CP La Castellana S.A.U., CP Achiras S.A.U., CPR Energy Solutions S.A.U., Distrilec Inversora S.A., Hidrodistribución S.A., PB Distribución S.A., RPE Distribución S.A., CP Patagones S.A.U., Estudio Halladjian SRL, Vientos La Genoveva S.A.U., and Vientos La Genoveva II S.A.U.; he also serves as an alternate statutory auditor for the following companies: DGCU, CP Manque S.A.U., and CP Los Olivos S.A.U.

He holds a degree in Accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (1985). He has served as a member of our Supervisory Committee since 2013. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Compañía Argentina de Navegación de Ultramar S.A. Additionally, he serves as an alternate member of the Supervisory Committee for LE Capital S.R.L.

He holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, where he also served as an adjunct professor of Commercial Law. He is a partner at the law firm Nicholson y Cano Abogados. He has served as a director and as a statutory auditor for various companies. Since 2005, he has served as a statutory auditor for HSBC Bank Argentina. He is also the president of Tunalito S.A. Since 2018, he has served as a member of our Supervisory Committee.

She holds a degree in Accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (1985). She also completed postgraduate studies in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Management, Ontological Coaching, Human Resources, and Leadership at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, the University of Belgrano, the University of El Salvador, and IAE, respectively. She served as Head of Accounting at a private company, and from 1983 to 1988, she worked in the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise division of the firm Balzarotti y Asociados (Touche Ross International). From 1985 to 2005, she served as a professor of Accounting I and II at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, and from 1985 to 1990, as a professor of Ethics at the same institution.

He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires. Since 2015, he has served as an alternate statutory auditor on our Oversight Committee. He works as an independent accountant, providing tax and accounting advisory services to both legal entities and individuals. Currently, he serves as an alternate statutory auditor for DGCE, DGCU, IGCE, ESSA, CP Manques S.A.U., and CP Los Olivos S.A.U.

Law degree from the Universidad del Salvador. He has participated in numerous postgraduate courses. Regarding his professional background, he joined the firm Nicholson & Cano in 2011, remaining there until June 2016; during this time, he provided business and corporate counsel to major companies and developed an extensive practice in competition law. He is a shareholder in various business ventures. In September 2016, he founded WIN Abogados, a law firm dedicated to providing legal counsel to SMEs and startups. Furthermore, he currently serves as a statutory auditor (*síndico titular*) for the following companies: Inversora de Gas del Centro S.A., Inversora de Gas Cuyana S.A., Energía Sudamericana S.A., and Distribuidora de Gas del Centro S.A. Since 2018, he has also served as an alternate statutory auditor (*síndico suplente*) for Central Puerto S.A. Finally—and most significantly—in July 2017, he and his entire team from WIN Abogados joined... OnLegal.com.ar, the first online legal solutions platform in Argentina and Latin America, where he/she serves specifically as COO.

Electrical engineer, a graduate of the National Technological University (Buenos Aires Regional Faculty)

From 1982 to 2016, he held various positions at Central Puerto S.A., including electromechanic for unit TV No. 4 operations, maintenance supervisor for thermoelectric units, head of the planning and development division, manager of planning and new business, and, ultimately, general manager of the company.

Subsequently, he served as National Director of Thermal Generation at the Secretariat of Electric Energy and as Executive Vice President of CAMMESA. He is currently the General Manager of Central Costanera S.A.

He holds a degree in Public Accounting from the National University of Buenos Aires and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of San Andrés. He also completed an international certification program in Compliance at the Austral University (IAE). He has served as Internal Audit Manager at Central Puerto since 2008, and in 2018, he was also appointed as Compliance Officer. Prior to his time at Central Puerto, he worked for CMS Energy—holding positions including Internal Audit Manager and SOX Compliance Manager—between 1999 and 2007.
